REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The registration fee includes access to all official SAFL RIE IGNITE programming during the event dates.
This includes entry to all learning sessions, community gatherings, and official event activities.

The registration fee does not include accommodation, travel, or
personal expenses unless explicitly specified.

Eligibility

Registration is open to:

  • SAFL Members
  • Adult children of EO Members from chapters globally

Participants must be 18 years or older, with 28 years as the upper age limit at the time of the event.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

  • Book accommodation independently, or
  • Opt for accommodation arranged by the organizing team at a designated event hotel at an additional cost.

Transportation &
Pick-ups

Official event pick-ups and transfers will be arranged only from the designated event hotel (Hotel A).

Participants staying at other hotels or private accommodations are requested to arrange their own transport to and from event venues.

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds once registration is confirmed.—except if RIE is cancelled or postponed by EO SAFL.
  • Ticket transfers are allowed up to 15 May, 2026. Email —------ by then, and pay any fee difference. Transfers aren’t confirmed until full payment is received. Please refer to Transfer Policy for more details.
  • Exceptions (refund on death in immediate family and medical reasons) require written documentation and are granted at EO SAFL’s discretion. We will request for medical certificates for documentation purposes and to ensure due diligence.
