SAFL RIE IGNITE is open to:

• SAFL Members
• Adult children of EO Members from chapters globally

Participants must be 18 years or older, with 28 years as the upper age limit at the time of the event.

All registrations are subject to eligibility verification by the organizing committee.

Registration will open through the official SAFL RIE IGNITE website. Seats are limited and registrations will close once capacity is reached.

Full payment is required to confirm participation. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is completed successfully.

Your registration includes :

• Access to all SAFL RIE IGNITE sessions
• Entry to all official event programming
• Hotel accommodation at Four Seasons or The St. Regis (first-come, first-served)

Accommodation will be allocated based on availability at the time of registration.

The registration fee does not include:

• Flights or travel expenses
• Airport transfers
• Personal expenses or incidentals
• Optional activities announced separately

Hotel accommodation is included in the registration fee.

• Participants will stay at Four Seasons Mumbai or The St. Regis Mumbai, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Accommodation will be assigned based on availability at the time of registration.

If you have any questions or special requests regarding your stay, please contact the organizing team.

Airport transfers to and from the designated event hotels (Four Seasons or The St. Regis) will be arranged for registered participants.

Official event pick-ups and transfers will be provided only from the designated event hotels.

Participants staying at other hotels or private accommodations will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the event venues.

Registrations are non-cancellable once confirmed.

If a participant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another eligible SAFL or EO Next Gen member. All transfers are subject to eligibility verification by the organizing team

Payment methods and instructions will be communicated during registration. Full payment is required to confirm participation.

In between 15-20 working days post confirmation of payment

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. SAFL is not responsible for losses arising from travel disruptions, medical issues, or unforeseen circumstances affecting attendance.

Participants should plan to arrive after 3:00 PM on 18th and depart by 11:00 AM on 21st

Further details regarding the event schedule and recommended travel timing will be shared closer to the event.

Dress guidelines will be shared closer to the event. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and appropriately for learning environments and evening programming.

SAFL RIE IGNITE follows EO community standards. Participants are expected to:

• Respect fellow attendees and speakers
• Maintain professional and inclusive behaviour
• Follow event guidelines shared by the organizing team

Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event.

Session recordings or materials will not be shared after the event unless otherwise specified.

Yes. All sessions will be conducted in English.

Participants will be able to share dietary preferences and accessibility requirements during registration. The organizing team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where possible.

Personal information collected during registration will be used only for event management, communication, and operational purposes. Data will not be shared outside essential service providers involved in event delivery, except where required by law.
