Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By registering for and participating in SAFL RIE IGNITE 2026 (the “Event”), the participant (“Participant”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.

The Event is organized by EO South Asia Future Leaders (SAFL), a community within the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (“EO”).

2. Released Parties

This agreement is made in favour of EO South Asia Future Leaders (SAFL), EO Global, affiliated chapters, organizing committee members, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, vendors, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”).

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

The Participant agrees to release and discharge the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Event.

This includes, without limitation, claims relating to personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or any other incident occurring during or in connection with the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel-related risks, illness, injury, or unforeseen incidents.

By attending the Event, the Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.

5. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• The Participant’s actions or omissions during the Event
• Any claims made by third parties related to the Participant’s conduct or participation
• Any medical or emergency expenses incurred as a result of the Participant’s involvement in the Event

6. Photography and Media Release

By attending SAFL RIE IGNITE, the Participant consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event.

The Participant grants permission to SAFL and EO to use photographs, video recordings, or other media containing their image, likeness, name, or voice for promotional, educational, or community purposes across all media formats, without compensation or additional approval.

7. Event Modifications

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any aspect of the Event, including programming, venues, or schedules, where necessary due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Accommodation and Transportation

PartiThe Event registration fee includes access to official event programming only.cipants may request:

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants may either arrange accommodation independently or opt for accommodation arranged by the organizing team at an additional cost.

Official event pick-ups and transportation will be arranged only from the designated event hotel. Participants staying at other locations are responsible for arranging their own transport to event venues.

9. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with EO community standards and maintain respectful and professional behaviour at all times.

The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Event shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration and attending SAFL RIE IGNITE 2026, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
